This hotel, which is called the Travelodge and is in England, was built by a very unusual way.
It consists of 88 containers that were made in the 8-story building, but
inside it is almost no different from the conventional building.
Jumbo Jet Hostel in Stockholm - Sweden
This 1976 Boeing 747-200 plane (formerly of Singapore Airlines) in Stockholm, Sweden got a lucky break when a budding hostel entrepreneur bought it and converted it into the worlds first Jumbo Jet hostel.
Jumbo hostel offers 27 comfortable rooms with either two bed, three bed or also 4 bed dormitory style. All together, the hostel offers 76 beds; the most luxurious is to be found on the plane´s upper deck which boasts an exclusive cockpit suite with private ensuite bathroom and toilet. The rooms are approxiamately six square meters in size and measure nearly four meters from floor to ceiling.
Room prices are decent, a dorm bed costing $65 per night, a double room around $200 and the most expensive room is the Cockpit Suite, at $530 per night.

A Tokyo non-profit has opened a storage facility for corpses awaiting funerals. It's billed as a "business hotel for the dead." The LISS Center Shin-Kiba facility, which is run by funeral-arranging non-profit LISS System, can store up to 37 bodies in rooms with antibacterial lights, the Yomiuri Shimbun reported Monday. The rooms cost $ 88 per night and the center also offers assistance with arranging for morticians and setting up funerals.
"Bereaved families usually are rushed to decide on a mortician and often have problems later regarding the funeral," said Nyokai Matsushima of LISS System. "We want the families to have time to think, so they can decide on a satisfactory ceremony while their deceased relatives have a place to rest (temporarily) at our 'business hotel.'"
